The Infiniti Qx45 was produced from 1989 to 1996, although when it first came out on the market it was considered a 1990 model type of car. The name Q45 was mean to imply that the car was high-performing vehicle, without looking like one.
The Infinity Qx45 has a 4.5 L V8 engine, which was impressive during its time, as it allowed the car accelerate from 0-60 mph in 6.7 seconds. The design of the car was also unique, as Italian furniture maker Potrona Frau was hired to help with the design. Some of the Qx45’s features include: a Bose sound system, leather interior, power adjustable front passenger seats, one-touch power windows, and a keyless entry system.
When the Qx45 first came out the interior design included color contrasts such as a pearl exterior, and white leather upholstery, door panels and carpeting. It often had black floor mats, consoles, and dashboard. However, towards the end of its production years the Qx45 took on a more conventional appearance.
