[OpenISO] Proposal of initial focus areas

I would suggest that OpenISO.org should initially focus on standards
in the following two areas:

1) Standards which are relevant for what ITU calls "next generation networks"
(see http://www.itu.int/dms_pub/itu-d/opb/reg/D-REG-TTR.9-2007-SUM-PDF-E.pdf )
including all revelant standards from link-layer protocols over IPv4
and IPv6 and cryptographic hashes and stream cyphers to application-layer
protocols.

2) Standards for document formats
