[OpenISO] Great initiative! (+rating suggestions)

I'm here because I'm so upset with the Swedish OOXML debacle.

Regarding rating:
I think there should be a grading like "pending" for standards that
are waiting to get handled.
And perhaps one for suggested standards that won't be handled and one
for those that someone wants to be considered.

Regarding Standards for document formats:
OOXML got me here. And I think a thorough description of the reasons
for discouraging is should be found at OpenISO.org.
