I think that completely independently of strategies for the ISO/IEC
"Ballot Resolution Meeting" (BRM), it would be good to have produced
a good reliable "problem report" document by Feb 22 at the lastest.
(The dates for the BRM are Feb 25-29, 2008.)

Then it is possible to blog on each day of the BRM about how many
(or how few) of the issues in the OpenISO.org "problem report"
document have been resolved.
