In all fairness: it could also be a demonstration of my incompetence.
Now I've also tried with Safari and Opera (suggested by the computer)
and Firefox (as it reads RSS feeds that are in XML, I thought I might
have a go), and the result is the same as with NeoOffice: code side of
the file Firefox says there doesn't seem to be a stylesheet for it.
And yet Firefox had correctly opened an MS OpenDocument file before:
in the online forum for the "Community Development 2007" congress at
the HSA in Luzern that begins today, there was a discussion about the
Budapest Declaration (which seems to be an EU affair):
In the first message, the declaration is attached as a PDF:
but copying is disabled. But I found its MS OpenDocument version
online, <http://www.adata.hu/_Kozossegi_Adattar/DOKUMENT.nsf/nyomtat/6128A3978C67D2F6C1256E83002D9E12?OpenDocument>,
and that one opens with Firefox.
Best
Claude
